Nurse care for heart failure patients: from theory to practice

The purpose of this guidebook is to prepare you for your role as a heart failure nurse by enhancing your clinical knowledge and helping you improve your leadership, communication, and patient education skills.

We recommend that you review this guidebook along with the special heart failure guide prepared for patients and their families, which is also available as part of your course materials. The overall goal is to help you work effectively with your patients to keep them in good biopsychosocial condition, without hospitalization, for as long as possible.
